The Sexy Underarm!
Okay so you're reading this thinking, "now, what now?!" The Sexy Underarm?! Yes you read right...
We are in full wedding season swing, and that means that we are getting tons of requests to help brides look their best on the BIG DAY. One of the more popular concerns, especially from summer brides is.....how do I get my underarms to look their best? Strapless and sleeveless gowns are prevailing bridal fashion, and shaving or simply waxing is just not enough to get those gorg, sexy underarms wedding ready. Even if you aren't getting married, summer dresses, and tank tops leave your underarms out to enjoy the season as well, so enjoy the tips below.
Here are a few tips to take your underarms to Sexy Town!
Step 1: Daily buffing- You can get buffing pads at any drugstore. Simply take the buffing pad and lightly buff your underarm, while in the shower. This rids your arm of not only dead skin, but deodorant buildup and also lint left from clothing.
Step 2: Shave with a fresh razor- Change your razor at least every two weeks, once a week is better. The fresh razor, as opposed to, that one that has taken residence in your shower caddy, gives your underarms a clean shave. No pulling, or cutting of the follicles, that will then heal and subsequently darken.
Step 3: Natural deodorant- Once your now beautiful underarms have completely dried, apply a natural deodorant. Natural brands do not contain harsh chemicals, that can contribute to skin darkening under the arm. Other natural options include using a baking soda paste, instead of deodorant. As baking soda kills order naturally.
Bonus tip: Want to lighten your underarms without harsh bleaching cremes? Use potatoes, natures natural lightener! Simply cut in half, and rub under your arm. It's gradual over time so have patience and repeat.
So raise those arms high this summer, confident that they are summer ready!

A Relaxed Bride is a Happy Bride!

Breathe
Sit on the floor in a warm room, cross-legged, and place your hands, palm-side up, on your knees. Imagine a string connected to your spinal cord that goes out the top of your head, and lifts your upper body toward the ceiling. Close your eyes and breathe.
Soak
Line the bathroom counter with your favorite smelly candles. Run a hot bath, and put your favorite artists on repeat.
Laugh
Do something small with your fiancee that has nothing to do with the wedding. Rent a movie, or give each other a foot massage. Recounting funny moments from your courtship is always an oldy but a goody.
Daydream
Take a moment and stare out the window and allow yourself to have positive daydream sessions. Happy thoughts make a happy girl.
Exercise
Physical activity dispels anxiety. Sweat out your stress with a favorite physical activity. Turn up this iheart radio workout mix and work it out!! http://ihr.fm/f2
Meditate and Give Thanks
Begin each day with gratitude. Problems and worries disintegrate when you take a few minutes to be thankful for what you have.
When it comes to harnessing your mind's energy in preparation for your wedding, use it, don't lose it!
Zzzzzz
Catching some Zzzzz is often the one thing that is neglected the most. When you rest you allow your body and mind to recharge. So take those power naps and plain old just go to bed! Whatever is left on your to do list can wait while you take care of yourself!
